Lyndsey Griffith
Holistic Nutritionist, Rooted in Nourishment
Hello! My name is Lyndsey and I am so glad to be partnered with the Bloom Wellness team. I am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner along with having a degree in Psychology.
Through my years of practice and life, I have come to learn that what we take in on a daily basis — from the food we eat to what we put on our skin, to who we interact with — have a deep impact on our physical and mental health. And this is why my practice encompasses a (w)holistic approach to wellness.
I’ve also come to learn that our little daily habits have an immense influence on our life as a whole, and creating healthy, sustainable daily habits is something I love helping my clients with. I always utilize a food-first approach and understand that nourishment is about adding goodness to your life, not restricting and shrinking your world in the name of “health”.
It is my goal to help educate people on food and lifestyle choices that can help them to be the most fully nourished, best versions of themselves possible.
I offer one on one virtual nutrition consultations through one, three, or six month packages to work on specific nutrition and health goals.
Heather Gallagher Cornell
Quantum Healing
Quantum Healing by Heather Gallagher Cornell offers a holistic, integrative approach to wellness by bridging the mind and body through somatic practices and physical healing. Heather specializes in Myofascial Release Therapy, having trained with renowned expert John F. Barnes, providing gentle, hands-on treatment that targets restrictions in the body’s fascia to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support emotional release.
In addition, Heather has trained in Compassionate Inquiry, a therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, which helps clients uncover and release the unconscious patterns and emotional wounds that can manifest as physical symptoms or emotional distress. Heather has also gone into the depths of her own personal healing journey for nearly two decades within sacred Shamanic ceremony that provides her with experiential knowledge to bring to each session. Through this powerful combination of therapies, Heather creates a safe, nurturing space for clients to reconnect with their bodies, process stored emotions, and experience deep, lasting healing.
